A related function is the ability for a user to type in his/her phone number and get an immediate call back from someone at your church (or literally call the person right on the website, right to a landline!). I love the idea of not just showing a visitor all the stuff your church is doing, but being right there to answer questions or provide assistance in some way – with a personal touch that I think really makes a difference for some people.
